Service Provision

PetCall connects you with licensed veterinarians through video calls, enabling you to discuss your pet's health concerns from the comfort of your home. These services do not replace the need for in-person veterinary care in emergencies or complex health situations.

Payments

You agree to pay the fees for services rendered after each consultation. Charges will be explained before your meeting, and payment will be processed only after the completion of the service.

Payment Terms:

  • All fees are clearly displayed before booking
  • Payment is required upon completion of consultation
  • We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods
  • Refunds are available within 24 hours for technical issues
  • Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

User Responsibilities

As a user of PetCall, you agree to use our services responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your pet's condition
  • Being present during the entire consultation
  • Following veterinary advice and recommendations
  • Respecting veterinarians and their professional expertise
  • Not using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Maintaining appropriate conduct during video calls

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to obtain prescriptions for controlled substances illegally
  • Providing false information about your pet's condition
  • Recording video calls without consent
  • Harassing or threatening veterinarians or staff
  • Using the service for non-veterinary purposes
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our platform

Modifications to the Service and Prices

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services or change the pricing without prior notice. Such changes will be posted on our platform and will take effect immediately.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to our services or pricing structure through email notifications or platform announcements.

Limitation of Liability

PetCall provides a platform for veterinary consultations but is not responsible for the medical advice provided by individual veterinarians. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific consultation in question.

Disclaimer:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these Terms of Service or if activities occur on your account which would or might constitute a violation of these Terms.

Termination Conditions:

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days notice
  • Immediate termination for violation of terms
  • Data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy
  • Outstanding payments remain due after termination

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PetCall, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PetCall and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. Disputes arising under these terms will be resolved by the relevant local courts.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on our website. Your continued use of PetCall after such changes will constitute your consent to the updated terms.
